Are you wondering what happens next? It's easy.
1. Invoices Are Created
After the auction ends your invoice for the event will be created and emailed to you. Usually within 15 minutes after the last lot of the auction closes.
2. Paying Your Invoice
You can pay your invoice through your account. There is also a link on the invoice to take you to payment.
We accept in person payments with Cash and Debit cards only. We will not accept a credit card payment in person.
eTransfers to [email protected] (No password is required, Ensure that you include the INVOICE number you are paying.)
Last day for payment is Tuesday 3pm. All outstanding invoices will be charged to the credit card on file.
Non payment will result in account being deactivated and items relisted. There is a $100 charge for reactivation of an account.
3. Picking Up Your Items
Pick Up is at 2625 Weston Road (Crossroads Plaza)
In Front of Beer Store
(Saturday, Sunday, Monday and Tuesday 10am-3pm).
You must pick up one of these days immediately after the auction they are won in. Showing up or asking to pick up another day is not possible - nobody is there to provide any services. Emails requesting will be ignored.
Items not picked up as per the pick up policy are subject to $20/week storage fee and/or forfeiture. There are no refunds or credits for items forfeited. It is very important that you pick up your items as per the pick up policy to avoid extra charges / disappointment. Our space is limited and not picking up affects our ability to conduct future auctions efficiently and without incurring additional labour costs.
No reason to email if you are not picking up, we will know on Tuesday. These emails will not be answered. Please read the Pick Up Policy for all info.
