Return Policy

We are proud to say that each week we have less than 0.5% returns.

If there is a problem with an item or it is incorrectly described (our interpretation ), you can return it for a full refund. 

Missing screws/hardware that is easily found at a hardware store or missing a manual is not a valid return reason.   

Returns are not accepted due an incorrect retail price listed, conflicting information, buyer's remorse, doesn't fit right, colour looks different, etc.

You must physically return an item within 12 days from date of auction it was won in to qualify for a refund. 

You must return in the original packaging.  If you remove it from the package at our location to put in your vehicle, ensure that it is working before leaving you.

No need to email us about a return.   Staff will determine at time of return if it qualifies.  

If there is an posting with different description than the photo, please inform us for clarification on before bidding.  If you bid anyway then you will win whatever it ends up being.

Listings are created with AI and it can sometimes add warranty or guarantee information based on the info it finds for an item.  We are a liquidation company and there is never a warranty / guarantee provided beyond the scope of this return policy.

First option will be to exchange the item if possible.  If not possible we will refund you.

Refunds will be made back to credit card paid with.  If paid by eTransfer it will be placed on your account as a credit to redeem on future invoice(s).  Cash paymemts will be returned in cash.  If you paid with debit we will need to have the same debit card used to refund back to it.

There are no option for relisting/restocking items.
