Seller/Consignor Information

Auctions are a great way to sell a variety of different items.   Variety and volume is the key to earning well on an auction platform.

As an online liquidator we can offer your products to our clients on your behalf with our weekly auction.
All consignors must guarantee that listed items are tested and in good working order where possible.
We do not post "as-is" lots.
There is no option to ship from home locations.
All lots must be dropped off at our warehouse before they are made live on the platform.

To be considered a consignor there is a weekly minimum of 100 lots per week.  We require that consignors post on a weekly frequency.  Failure will result in consignor account being deactivated even if items are dropped off.

What is required from our consignors  

  • Drop off smaller items in Boxes that are 20L x14 H x 12W
  • Have a membership for ManyFastScan.com
  • Have a printer compatible with Many Fast Scan.  We recommend the Zebra QLN220 or QLN320
  • Printer is can be purchased from ManyFastScan as well.
  • Compatible labels for Zebra Printer https://www.uline.ca/Product/Detail/S-13026/Zebra-Mobile-Printers/Mobile-Printer-Labels-2-x-1-1-4
  • If you are posting 200 lots weekly we will cover the cost of the membership for you.  

Boxes can be purchased from the following if you choose

  • From Us for $3.00 each
  • Order them from Uline.ca and they will deliver
  • Packaging World Inc.  - 880 Steeprock Drive  Toronto, ON  416-631-7441 (Limited Supply - they don't always have in stock)

We have pallets of products you can buy to sell or consign.  Make money on the site or other platforms.  We have many happy consignors we are happy to introduce you to.

Fees

List Your Own Items
$1.99 listing fee and 20% seller fee.
To list in our weekly auction No minimums/reserves allowed.
Items need to be dropped off in our warehouse before they go live.
Lot numbers/stickers must be applied to each item - Stickers can be be provided as required or you can hand write them.

We Can List Your Items 
Listing fee per item $7.99.  (We would not process / test your items.  You still need to ensure you are dropping off items in working order.)
20% seller fee.
To list in our weekly auction No minimum/reserves allowed.
Fees are not refundable.
Payments are made 14 days after the auction and made by eTransfer.
This allows our customers to ensure that the items purchased are in working/described condition.
