Description of Conditions

New Giftable - This item is in original package and ready to be placed on a retail shelf.

New Distressed Package - Item is new in original packaging but due to shipping/storage

New No Package - New item with no packaging or original packaging is missing.  ie. clothing 

Used - Obvious signs of use.  There will be photos

Like New - Item is in like new condition but may have been used.  Scratches, Marks or Signs of use will be photographed

New With Issues - Item is new and issue will be described/photographed

As-Is - Rarely used but if used there is no return available on this item regardless of reason. 

Refurbished - As New - Item has been refurbished by the manufacturer or company authorized by manufacturer.

New Open Box - Item new but box is either opened when it arrived or we opened to verify contents.

Remember this is a liquidation auction, almost all items are returns of some sort to the original retailer.
