1. An Invoice Is Created
As soon as you click Buy Now the item is removed from the site and it is yours.
An invoice is created for you to pay.  You can find invoices under My Account ==> My Invoices.
You can continue to add items to the same invoice if you want to add additional Buy It Now Items.  No need to pay for each item separately.
